15 lbs. not sure if that is heavy as I do not bowl much.

light ball is fun to throw using only two fingers for big spin, but don't know much about the sport other than it's one of the few gender neutral sports and it goes extremely well with drinking.

Mixture of the two. A/C for interstate and really hot days, Windows down on moderately hot days and non interstate driving.
