Yes, but fabrication shops don't always have time.

Will I hit 400 ft lbs at the wheels?

It's feasable I suppose but I don't know enough about 2JZ tuning to be sure. What I do know is a simple formula: Big motor = big torque (on the low end at least)

Take a shot in the dark; will today be a good day?

Torque? It's hard to say. 400 lb-ft is a lot to ask from a little guy like that but I'm sure it's not impossible. I'd say since it's a small 4 cyl. if you reach that number it'll be up high in the RPM range. I think somewhere in the mid 3's is more attainable.

What's your dyno sheet reading now?
