A: I've done it plenty of times b4, but it takes a certain type of day b/c you **** so much. If you are really busy/running around, then it is difficult to maintain unless you play catch up once you get home. I've done 128oz some and it just takes a while to get used to. It is easier for me if I am working out a lot.
