A: hide my head in the sand. you should have a specific schedule for studying. allow yourself 1 hour (or what ever time you think you need) to do something you enjoy and don't allow yourself to do it unitl you've completed the "x" number of hours studying. that way you're rewarding yourself for working hard. you should also allow time for some kind of workout or aerobic activity that will keep your blood pumping, so you're not getting sleepy from sitting all the time.
