I do own a gun, a Remington 700 .30-06
But you don't want to use that. Assault with a deadly weapon(you don't even have to point it at him to get charged with that) could land you in the pokey instead of him. So forget about weapons and start making his life miserable in other ways. If you were really smart though, you would just move yourself and then your problems are solved right away. For the best advice though, we would need some more details about who is on the lease and why you can't move or just boot him. There's lots that can be done without involving the courts or firearms.

Well i just got the PPO filed this afternoon. he is not allowed on the property while i live here until 11/30/2008. I flat out told him not to **** with me anymore about a month ago after he put the $377 dent in my car the weekend before halloween. this week he came into my room **** drunk threatining me at 3am. this was my last resort and the judge agreed. he fcuked his own future up by doing hte things he did.

I talked to my landlord and they won't do anything. The lease is a 4 person, 4 bedroom at 320 a month paying from APR 2006 till DEC 2006. We had the apartment from June 2006-June 2007. We have this advanced payment plan that we save $400 paying this way than every month. So since they are no help this worked amazingly well.

But the PPO states that he is no longer allowed to live here. so he is going ot have to find a place to sleep once the sherrif brings him the notice on Monday morning. This kid went to Detroit for the CMU football game, so he wont be back till later this weekend. It also says that if he tries to contact me, or even come near me its a 500 dollar fine and 93 days in jail. I kinda want him to come back here drunk again so i can have him goto jail and get this scum off of our streets.
