Anyone from the UK? Feeling like doing someone a small favor?

I need to have an article of clothing shipped to the USA, HOWEVER, the online vendor only shipps UK and Northern Ireland; they do not do international shipping. My brother is dieing for this vest and I really want to get it for him as his belated Christmas present. Would anyone be willing to give me your address so that I can post the package to you, and then I would give you my address so you can post it to me in the USA? I would be willing to pay full shipping and obviously give you some extra for your troubles. I could pay you via PayPal... Please let me know

PS: The sooner the better as this shop is probably going to sell out soon...

^ Dude. Don't be a dick. Try PM'ing Siena. He lives in the UK and I'm sure if you throw a few extra bones his way he'll be happy to do you a favor.

i'm sorry but reading it sounds like a scam to me. why can't you send the package to yourself and then you go send it to your brother?

Because he's in the US and the company doesn't ship internationally, which isn't all that uncommon among small businesses. But I've been wrong before so it might be a scam.

Well, he's been a member since 2006. I know docurley is also a member from the UK.

Regardless, I'm not sure if this is a scam.

Umm Yeah... Sorry about this post; I didn't realize how sketchy it sounded. On a positive note, I asked my neighbor if he knew anyone in the UK and he has family there. So they just sent the northface vest to me yesterday!
