In my home town BMW are a bunch of stuck up *****.
Mercedes staff were busy talking together and ignored myself and the wife,even though i asked receptionist for a salesman after 10
mins none came so i walked out.
Went to Audi,saw car in showroom, requested a test of a 1.8t,went for a test with friendly salesman,then took out the actual car
i wanted ,had a coffee and a chat and was treated with respect and honesty.Bought the car there and then.Picked it up 2 days later as they wanted to service and valet it before they handed it over.

My friend works at merc dealership and she prefers volvo,she says merc has no end of problems and that all customers are treated
poorly once they have your money.
