lol, mr conceited. it tells TIME which is what a watch should do! I like a clean, stylish watch. and as the saying goes, the bigger and flashier it is, the more you are compensating!

I actually like having a nice watch, suit, etc because in my line of work, people want me to look successful. If I look like crap, people are going to think that I'm bad at my job. Image really does mean a lot.

I was just messing with you, and I agree. Thats a nice watch and the solar function seems pretty useful. where is the solar power sensor located?

Apparently, it's the entire face. It takes a while to fully charge (20 hours of direct sunlight) but then it can run for up to five years. It has a reserve power gauge on it, and it lets you know when it needs to be charged. Just a few hours in office light is enough to keep it running.

Lol, you need a Russian watch! Never needs to be cleaned or adjusted or anything!

I agree - I have a Fossil Arkitekt that I wear daily, which is good and heavy. I have two Movados for nicer occasions, and those are lightweight, but I love them. Overall though, I like a good solid watch - it just feels right.

I have one of those old school Fossil Big Tic's, the one with the dragon in the screen. Nice little watch for a cheap quartz movement, but it eats batteries like no ones business.

My dad's been wanting an Eco-Drive for a while now, but my mom won't buy him one LOL! He's got a pretty nice Seiko as it is - I think he only wants a new watch because shortly after I bought my Wittnauer I talked my mom into buying one.
