I got a message from AWDaholic yesterday saying that things will be taken care of and you will all have your plates soon.

I know this whole thing will probably leave a sour taste in your mouths...but it looks like things will be resolved. I would be mad, too.

So I just got off the phone with paypal. This is going to sound scrambled because what he told me was stupid. "They reserve the right to reopen the case within 180 days if they get copmplaints of the same kind" I told him that we have had atleast 8 people complain of maybe 12. I asked him how many more i need to get it reopened and he told me its not a specific #, its by percentage. last time i checked 8/12 is pretty good. He told me that we will be notified by emial if it gets reopened. He also told me that the buyer protection will still be available to us if they reopen it. If jazz doesn't have the $$$ in his account they will still be able to help us out. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with him trying to get him to reopen it.

So if you haven't filed a dispute about Jazz/Troy/AWDaholic please do. It will only help our case. If you want to call in and bug paypal to reopen it please do. I figure the more people that we get to drive them nutz about our money being gone the sooner they will want to get rid of us. (in a good way)
