i emailed him and jazz replied to me pretty damn quick.

 

and we still are getting no where

 

and what did he say? anything worthwhile?

he had a meeting with a rep from paypal to talk about the issue with the funds being frozen. He wants to get on the boards again and keep everyone up to date.

 

i still cant believe how we still dont have our refund yet

 

no one is stopping him from that

 

I was about be writing a letter to my Visa Card company and have them refund my money, but then that next day we all got the email from Jazz saying he'd get our refunds back or orders in. I'm not waiting for him anymore. He can deal with Visa now; they always get what's owed to them.

 

well, ive sent jazz 2 emails just wondering what the current status of this was within the past 5-7 days and havent gotten 1 reply...

 

Another month comes and goes......
