I say if the money is still in his account that he pay for the GB him self and once we get the plate we can contact paypal and "unfreeze" his account and the money is then his! I think that is only fair!

Finally, you guys heard from him. PayPal can garnish his wage, so he replied.

I hope youguys get the money back. You know, I was just so close to be a part of this group buy. I am glad,I didn't.
