You never think stuff like this is gonna come close to you or your friends but it happens.
The other night, my friend got drunk and decided to go driving. He was on a small twisty mountain road when he lost control and hit a tree. Luckily he walked out without a bruise (thank god for that big block on the car). So I just wanted to tell ya guys, even though we always hear it, dont drink and drive.

PS: The air bag didn't go off and now he plans to sue Ford if the investigation shows that it was faulty.

Good, I'm glad your friend lost his car. Dumbasses don't deserve to drive. Hes pretty damn lucky he didn't kill anyone or get a DUI. I hope your friend loses the case too

He's gonna sue Ford after he was out driving drunk? Ford should countersue for him abusing and misusing their vehicle. He should just count his blessings because he's ok and didn't kill anyone else.

I know Ford can't really sue for that, but they should be able to.

what? 5.0 or 5.7? u dunno **** about cars huh? 5.0 was in the older mustangs, 95 was the last year. and 5.7 is a chevy size motor so that wouldnt be in there. either way a 5.0 and a 5.7 are still small block motors.

Talk of suing is cheap. To sue Ford, this assclown needs a cause of action. If he "walked away without a bruise" what's he going to sue Ford for? Maybe negligently building a car that would defy Darwinism and keep this $hithead alive and on the road where he will live to kill another day. The jury will really jump on that and give him a big reward. [8D]

Maybe Ford builds in a mechanism to disable the airbag and replace it with a big sledge hammer when it senses alchohol in the drivers breath. That way idiots like this guy will get what they deserve. Yeah, this idiot deserved to lose his car and get injured.

Yeah, I'd sue too if a company built a car that let me walk away without a scratch from an accident that otherwise totalled the car, even though the secondary safety device din't employ (good thing he hadda safetybelt as a PRIMARY system, or his Fam wud be suing the bar or liquor story that *forced* him to purchase obscene amounts of alcohol AND consume it). In fact, Audi in gonna PAY because, once, when I opened the door, I STEPPED IN A PUDDLE AND GOT MY SOCKS WET!!! They were NEW socks, too!!!
