You know, with all the talk on this forum about how bad and dishonest all the "stealerships" are, don't you think it's a bit cheeky for some of US to lie so that we get something for free?
If you were making an insurance claim on that basis, it would be insurance fraud - a felony.

well, the seat burning is a big deal, and they should fix it. It happened to me, and the stealership would only fix it if I payed for the repairs to the seat/coils blablaba.... Trouble is, the Audi dealer does not have to fix it for free, and most likely they won't. Your best bet would be to complain to AOA. When I went to the dealer with this problem, they basically told me to go fly a kite.
