Thanks man! I won't see the camera for 30 days... the company that organized the contest is basically picking up and heading to Germany until the 26th/27th of March... he said it'd ship as soon as he returned. I'm in no rush -- like you said, the price was right! I just bought a 2GB SD card on eBay a few minutes ago... so I'll be ready for action as soon as I get it! The damned thing is 6 megapixels, and has 13.5MB of onboard memory! Way to go, Nikon.

u was definitely gonna try to stick with an slr...i don't even know what 'slr' means, but i know it's good, so that's what i want. ...so i guess i should stick to the canon rebels then...thanks dude!
