I don't think that CinqueCento has enough torque to tear paper, let alone its tires loose. 94ft-lb (&94hp), and it comes in at just over 1-ton... Maybe, with those tiny @&& tires...

 

had to get out of a parking spot that way when I was plowed in once. backed the bumper into the snow bank, turned the wheels all the way and punched it (FWD car).

with a tiny car like in the pic you probably just pick it up and roll it over, out into the street

 

One of my buddies in high school had a little Ford Fiesta, and the football players used to pick it up and move it places lol.
