Default Ready to tune!

i have a 1997 1.8t quattro with 159k miles. right now it has a greddy blow off valve. what can i do to maximize my performance?

Oh ya i agree with hiwords that you need to build the engine and to GT35.I hope you build it and get great performance.

i'm very new at this. how would i build the engine? and what's a GT35?

Agreed with everyone above. This would be better served in the B5 A4 section and a simple ECU flash would be the best bang for your buck.

Mmhmm. Step 1: take off the stupid blow off valve.
I've seen cars for sale with them and they are immediately disqualified from being put on my potential buy list. Makes me think the owner might have been equally stupid in other areas of car ownership.
