soooo, after talking with some morgage people, I've come to learn that property taxes are a total bitch, and with a VA loan, they have to be paid monthly...

So, while I can afford the morgage on the schweet as crib, i can't afford the extra 600 a month in taxes and property insurance... my "max price" on searches has gone down considerably...

Brad tell ur wife to start doing tricks and you'll be set for the house, I mean for real in Ohio you can get a house like that for $9.95 and a case of beer! :P

 

It had a side entry 3 car oversized garage...

Actually, I think it's impossible to find something without a garage down there...

 

I had a bunch of buddies from my platoon go to Ft. Hood. If you run into a bunch of new engineer privates be prepared for only like 3 to be high speed and worth anything.
