i have a tornado in my car (i bought it from my bro for $20, b/c it didn't fit in the car he bought it for), and i noticed a tiny bit of M.P.G. increase, not much, about 1 M.P.G. more. worth $20, but not the $50 they sell it for.

 

i liek how the auction dont be fooled by imitations. But it is one.

 

The resistor just alters the input to the ECU. If it doesn't trip a CEL, it is possible to increase the HP.
