Damn. That's intense. My job doesn't require me to do any of that. Thank goodness.

I had several cups this morning. I really can't wait until the weekend. It's gonna be a long week.

Wow, y'all put me to shame caffeine content wise; I drank my first (and last) half cup of coffee in 1982 and it caused me to shake for nearly eight hours. Years later I found myself splitting my time between the U.S. and Taipei, and while over there I got indoctrinated into the Oolong culture; a "green" tea with a tad more fermentation than a standard "green". My tea of choice is a particular Tung Ting Jade which is harvested high up on a mountain side on the island of Formosa and has subtle hints of honeysuckle.

I think we just build up tolerance for coffee. Although I consume a decent amount, coffee never really worked for me. I can go to sleep after a cup or two. The only energy booster that sort of works is actually Red Bull. Even then, it only works because I'd be shaky as heck. I tried 5 Hour Energy for the first time several weeks ago and even that didn't really help me stay awake.

Taiwan is a great place! Tea is totally what most people drink over there. I went to several different tea tastings when I was there for vacation several years back. It was rather interesting.

Anyway, it's Thursday. One more day before the weekend. Already on my second cup of the day as I was up a bit earlier than usual this morning.

It usually takes a 24oz. Monster to get me going for longer than 10 minutes. I like McDonald's coffee for a quick cup on the run; I found out it's actually Green Mountain Coffee.

That's what he said.

It's been a pretty awesome day. I'm loaded up on sweet tea today for some reason.
