i dont kno what he used, but it flashes during the skit the title of this thread. it could have been several paint pics edited and saved, to make motion, and then inserted into a flash file..

Nope, those were vectors. MS Paint is a raster based program, probably the worst one around.
Next time you watch it... right click the screen.
