well I just talked to the superbisior that is working on the school and looks like he wants me to pay someone to dig up this ashphalt and replace this square you guys have any idea what this will cost me ? its about a 3 feet long by 2 feet wide stain

not really we were all pretty calm when I talked about it this morning I just need to find out how much this is going to cost me and get it fixed

That is a very expensive oil changed. I had a quote to do my driveway because of an oil spill, and it will set me back $500. That is a whole driveway though, so in your case that will probably cost you at least $300 because they won't be bringing out their big roller for less than that.

freshly paved parking lot so they said didn't look to freshly paved to me though

you know in like 2 years there's going to be oil stains all over that lot.....that's sh!tty man, i feel for you....

It sounds to me like they'r jerkin U around just because they can.

I'm sure a good case can me made against you, BUT, a good case shoule also be able to be made that, since it's a parking lot, cars "leak" on it all the time.

If you did even a halfway decent job of cleaning up your spill I'd say you've done far more than all those drivers of rolling heaps have done!!!

Get a Lawyer. I'd be willing to bet they're gonna try'n hit you for a grand, or more...

go rent them fu@kers a High Pressure washer and see if you can wash it out, it should work, get some kind of oil soap or if they have anything like that and just try to wash it out, few of my friends dad's are mechanics and thats how they clean their drive ways and places where they got oil spills
