how do u have it set up? standing on the base (or can u have it mounted to the wall?)

Right now it's mounted to a base and sitting on a table. You can buy an optional wall mounting kit though too.

Home theater stuff is sweet man, you should check out Harman kardon receivers and other components there the ****, that’s what I have set up in my dorm room and I love it, I get two big old Polk audio fronts, and 4 smaller Sony surrounds with a 300w amp powering 2 10's...... Its amazing watching movies, like if a bomb goes off or something people will feel it three floors up...... The real fun is playing like war games like ghost recon on Xbox that really rattles your brain

I have always used Yamaha home theatre systems with Sony DVD. I have never had any complaints about my Yamaha stuff. The wall mounts are really difficult to put up. I have mine sitting on a table because I live in a townhouse and the wall mounts would tear the wall up really bad. You have to put some pretty substantial holes in the wall.

Check out these guys. Real knowledgeable on this stuff and awesome componentry such as:

Marantz, Rotel, Bryston. Expensive but "Top Of The Line", Stuff you won't Best Buy.

I'm an old Audio Geek from the 70's. I stil have a functional turntable and plenty of vinyl.
