how do u get a pic to display under ur name just to the left

 

that's your avatar. go to "my profile", scroll half-way down, on the left you'll see "my avatar". to the right of that, click on "Click to choose avatars". after you select your avatar make sure you go down to the bottom of your profile page and click the "apply" button.
