Hello all! Day before yesterday I was traveling to go look at a car with my father. When taking a left turn from a turn lane an old man in a Buick blew through and hit me head on. Both airbags deployed and let me just say.. OUCH! The car didnt do to well so heres some pics of why 80 year old men shouldnt have a license. Hopefully Pictures of the crash scene are soon to come.

 

The IMPORTANT thing is:
YOU survived, to make it back here to rant about 80-year-old drivers!

(FWIW, my children have STANDING orders that, once *I* become a menace to others on the road {ummm... UN-intentionally, that is}, they have been pre-authorized to do WHATEVER it takes, to keep me OFF public roads... Hide my keys... take all four tires off... WHATEVER it takes!!! Talk to your kids about YOU driving OLD, before you get OLD. The rest of the driving world will be better off without you in it)

 

definitely glad you made it through... it might have hurt, but like Jazz said, at least you're still here to talk about it!

Old men and women should just stick to their little scooters, and young kids always texting and not paying attention should be run off the road...

Glad your ok, wait loss of another sexy b5. I just got my car back after an accident, unfortunately I was about to be hit by a chevy trailblazer head on and the softest thing I could find was a curb, hope insurance covers you, I only had liability so my repairs were all out of pocket
