ORIGINAL: AML 225

New twin turbo 911 has 473hp AND AWD (according to the C&D on my lap). I would take the turbo over carrera anyday.
I guess we'll find out soon enough. I could have missed that they were coming out with an AWD version. You can believe that they won't all be AWD, because they are going to race those bad boys.

I dont think u really need AWD unless ur in the snow. The porsche chassis is almost perfect. However topgear did test and found that AWD helped, he didnt think it was faster although it was.

The porsche awd isn't a 50/50 or anything, it is still very much a performance oriented RWD bias.

from personal experience, turbo. my dad was gonna buy the millenium c4 but he bought the turbo instead. i doubt i'll ever drive a faster car in my life.

Well good news. The new Turbo (on teh new issure of C&D on the cover) is AWD also.
