My 98 A4 Quatro has a full powersteering pump, but its makin noise and has bubbles in it . WTF?

replace the power steering fluid ASAP. i used to have the same problem in my old lexus. i ignored the sound and the steering became more and more difficult. i ended up ruining the power steering pump. anyway, the car was crap all around.
