Default b5 s4 powersteering pump

I found out that my powersteering pump is cracked, and needs to be replaced. How hard of a job is this on a b5 s4? I've never owned an Audi before, and I know that on most cars, replacing the PS pump isn't very difficult. However, the shop quoted me $700 to do it, so I don't know if they're trying to rip me off, or if it really is that hard of a job? Where is the PS pump located, and what exactly is involved in removing it?

Thanx for any help!

So, it would probably be a good idea to replace the timing belt at the same time then, since I'm due for one, right? Is there anything else I should replace while I'm at it?
