i've loaded some pics in "my pictures" and wanna crop out the crap. do i need to download special software for this or is it somewhere that i don't know. i lack computer knowledge & you people seem to manipulate all sorts of photos. you're car modders and photo modders. (and there's nothing wrong with that)

If by "cropping out the crap" you mean masking your image/car so that there is no backround-like my sig-i used macromedia flash. its the **** for masking anything.
If you really mean crop, just use windows paint or any photoshop program and select and delete the areas you dont want, and save.
