Default saabs

As you may know my a4 has been up for sale for some time for about 7500. I'm trying to sell it to get something more moddable like a 1.8t, but does anyone know anything about the saab 95 or any other saab and how moddable they are?

I personally am not a fan of saabs, we have 3 of them in the family, i drove a 2000 9-5 arc for a year before my s4. Newer saabs have a pretty comfortable interior, some have quick motors, but unfortunatly it is still a front wheel drive car. Saab was a sweedish company, but now its owned by GM. Gm continues to advertise "Born from jets" because the SWEEDISH company had a base in aerospace, but um GM dosnt make jets. Its not intended to be a performance car by any means. My dads 2004 9-5 2.3t is pretty quick to about 100mph, and it handles alot better than my 2000 3.0t 9-5, but my sisters 1.8t jetta was alot sportier haha. I thought about doing some performance mods to my saab but i couldnt really find any, theres MUCH more out there for the 1.8t.

I don't know if they have parts for it available but I saw one that passed by me on the freeway.

At that time, I could only spot his oversized intercooler and the sound of his BOV or whatever he uses.

Aren't the new Saabs still being manufactured in Sweden though?

Some Saab's are really nice looking, but I too hate that they're owned by GM. What's worse, though IMO, is that Ford owns Volvo. [:@]

Not much longer ford is trying to sell all it's European assets.

and on the Saab note, I know that they can make big power if you got the money (ET or European Car had one that I wanna say made close to 900HP) but as for budget tuning I'm sure that is available too.

They got rid of Aston Martin, didn't they?? I thought they still had Jaguar, but I'm not sure about Land Rover, either.
