Default Say a prayer for my bro and his wife!

Last few days have sucked.

Last year, my sis in law was 7 months pregnant. A clot formed, suffocated the baby, and they did emergency surgery, got him out and tried to revive the baby, but couldnt. It sucked. Landon Michael passed on march 28th 2006. So doctors found out what happened and she has a certain thing in her blood that causes it. So they said next pregnancy, she will have to take two shots a day to prevent again.

Round 2, Got pregnant in early december. She has been taking her shots, and even checked every week. She is a nurse for premature babies too so everyday at work, she would check for her baby's heartbeats. Last friday checkup was great. Tuesday hit, she didnt hear heartbeat so she went to hospital. Lilian Rose had died. Not sure why, but think cord got a knot in it.

So say a prayer for my bro and his wife because they are two wonderful people who have been trying soooo hard to start a family. They deserve it, they work hard, they are great family, and they are just all around good peeps. Today she has to deliver the baby so it will be real hard on her.

Sorry to be the one who makes AF sad today, but she needs all the help she can get!

Later all.
BTW, thanks to everyone on here, its nice to be depressed then come here. I can always get a good laugh on here! You all rock!

WOW, that's really tragically sad. i'm so sorry for your loss.
you know we come here to this forum and even though we're all pretty much anonymous, we grow to have friendship bonds with people we don't even really know.
so, even though i don't really know you, i'd like you to know that i feel your loss and i'm saddened by theall the emotionsyour familyare going through.
the toughtest part about it all is trying to figure out why such bad things happen to good people. all you can do is accept the things that come your way and hope there another blessing that will come your way to bring you hope again.

My prayers and best wishes for your brother and his wife!
The shots you speak of are most likely RhoGAM, this injection blocks the recognition of Rh positive cells by the mother's body.
Think back to High School biology and blood types.
Problems can occur when an Rh negative woman is pregnant with an Rh positive baby. Which can occur if the father is Rh positive.
I'm certain she knows this, I was just explaining it for you.
