Quote insurance though... although I don't remember them being that bad when I quoted, it is a 2 seater sports car, so you might be hit with an unpleasant surprise.
I also hated backing up in an MR2... I know I know, I'm whining about something trivial... but for a daily driver, it would have irritated me.

 

What about those old school Supras or the FC RX7's?
Like everyone else said, Audis are expensive on parts.
After all, Audis are luxury car not a sport car.

 

DO NOT buy an FC3S RX7. Non-turbo ones are slow, turbo ones are prob shitty for $6K. W/ all the problems they have, it's like throwing money down the drain.

 

Couple friends of mine have the FC and I know they are freaking fast.

I never really heard any particular money draining problems as they usually do everything themselves.

Their cars aren't stock either.
