And WOW that was fun!

If you have ever asked to test drive that car you know that they don't just give you the keys. At the dealership I went to not even the sales guys are allowed to drive it! I went in with my brother and friend and i was driving the S4. I told them I was looking at getting rid of the S4 and was going to get either the STI or Evo and wasn't going to make a decision until I could drive both. They told me that they wanted to make sure I wasn't there to just joy ride so they asked me questions and such then said ok, you sound serious here are the keys and someone to ride with you.

Well it was fun... a lot of fun... It gets up and goes pretty darn quick. It has a really nice stiff suspension and handles nicely. One of the coolest features is the ability to adjust the power distrobution between the front and rear wheels. I put the power to the back (10% front, 90% rear I believe) and went around a corner at a light from the stop. Lets just say that thing was pretty darn sideways going around that corner. HAHA That was with 4 people in the car too. The sales guy riding with me was like "SWEET! Lets do that again!" LOL

I am not looking to get rid of the S4 for one but it was a lot of fun!

Oh and I know the STI could beat me off the line BUT i think that from a rolling start it would be a pretty close race.

yea, ive seen em, haha, still not impressed, but thats just me ya know

 

yeah at work at an auto group and we have sti's don't really look good to me. i don't even really like the evo. i think it's mainly cus it looks just like the lancer. but they both have some really cool features.

 

I have to agree with the majority, I'm not really a fan of the looks.

I kind of felt the way you did when I drove the Evo X, LOL.
