Dont really see the point in banning him maybe take away his Moderator position. What you need to do is talk to paypal

^Agree, Jazz hasn't been a good moderator in the past few months. He'll probably acknowledge this and resign if he can't contribute to the forum any longer.Banning him is a dumb idea. How can we ban someone who hasn't even logged in over the past few months, except foronly when he wanted some sympathy? Ignoring the group buy for such an extended period of time, keeping everyone waiting, and keeping their moneywas a mistake on his part, and it is a reflection of his character.

^ agree once again, he came back and explained the gf situation... not to mention since then nobody has heard from him (has anyone)... almost makes me nervous given the situation he was going through and the depression he felt...

collectively 600 bucks? soo like 50 bucks a piece?... why not just buy one through an online distributor?

as for this vtb... i think you made a mistake, seeing as jazz has been a respected member for a long time...

whatever, thats just my 2 cents

PS... **E-slap!**

I disagree.

We only did the group buy so that it would be cheaper... which means we were getting the hook up. We placed all the responsibilty on him knowing full well that there was a possibility that something like this could occur. Its unfortunate that my 30 something bucks didn't lead to anything, but my 30 dollar loss is miniscule in comparison with Jazz's. Heck, my uncle died last week. I can't say that if I were Jazz I would wanna come "explain" myself to you guys after all your complaining and insensitivity either.

It was way better pricing than that. I was getting 2 plates, a frame, and mounting hardware for $40. That's $30 for one plate.

I ordered plates from germanplates.com last week. My money is gone, iv accepted that and i dont care if AWDaholic ever returns. I work about 60 hours a week this time of year so $30 isnt a huge concern. Its a small part of the $10,000 i will be spending on my car this summer.

Paypal will take no action because it is over 45 days.

Im just a little disappointed that i have been a part of this whole situation and watched it unfold. It is not ok to take peoples money, disappear, and offer no explanation.

We have been trying to find a solution to this problem for a long time. It would take 10 minutes for AWDaholic to send all the money via paypal to someone else, and email the list of orders. Others myself included have volunteered to put all the orders in the correct format and send them in. All we need was the money, Jazz came back, didnt post in the GB, then left again. Ya i am pissed off, if i knew where he lived i would be at his door step asking WTH

If Jazz does return and become a regular poster, i for one will not welcome him with a smile.

i can say that i only contributed a small amount, around 20 bucks, to what was taken, but never-the-less, it was stolen...AND it was money...when something gets in the way of you and your money (that some of us work hard to earn) we take it personal.

Wow, I had no idea that this was going on. I did wonder why that Group Buy thread kept popping to the top, but never have opened it. That's really surprising and I hope he redeems himself. I can't imagine that he has an excuse good enough to justify what, if left outstanding, amounts to theft. I will say that his girlfriend of a few months dying doesn't work. When my Dad died, I had to handle his estate and those responsibilities started the day he died. There's no excuse good enough so I hope he makes it up to you guys.
