let me start off to say that I totally sympathize for Jazz during these hard times and i do wish him the best of luck. But I do understand the frustration that some are showing regarding the group buy. People paid and after months of months they still haven't seen their plate. For those who aren't familiar with the buy, there has been significant delays before the passing of his girlfriend.

Jazz posted everyones order on 2/15/2008 - So the list has been prepared already.
On 2/22/2008 All payments in Jazz told us that the order was ready to be placed.

Since he posted a separate thread about his current situation, he has still not been present in the GB thread. Since he took the responsibility of handling the money, i think he should take the responsibility to carry out the buy or to pass it on to someone else to finish if he is unable to due to his current situation.



Yes, the plate wasn't a lot of money - but that shouldn't matter. Or the fact that it is cosmetic. Being a part of the buy myself I have seen a lot of patience from many people. I'm actually surprised that it took this long for someone to try and do something about the situation. I'm not saying that I agree HP addict handled it properly.

Again, I do sympathize for Jazz and don't mean to offend in any way. I just understand the feelings of those who have put forth their money for the group buy. I believe this is a great community - and hope that this can be fixed.

he said in the begining my work does not have internet anymore then it was now my comp is down,then busy at work to work on it and now he has a whole new story and even breaks it down in a time line so he covers all bases

this thread is useless in solving our problem. It's just a bunch of opinions that don't matter because they are not involved. Most people who posted on here don't know the situation and are going on if they know jazz or not (or have read his thread about his situation)
