I found autovin.de - Check vehicle history they sell carfax and autocheck reports for fishily cheap price 5$ pet report, payment method is paypal, but I'm not sure can I trust them or not.
Is anybody familiar with this site, can I trust ?

Just got my reports, amazing, unbelievable but they really sell genuine and full detailed reports for 4.5$ each if you get both at ones, I bought carfax+autocheck.
