hey does anyone know anything about the wrx sti? like what country made them and how durable they are? safety and all that mumbo jumbo?

 

japanese. gast as ****. well built cars. not as luxurious or solid as ourd. their quite safe. not as safe as ours.

They're built in Japan. Subaru is a subsidiary of Fuji Heavy Industries. They're fast, but not as well engineered/built as our cars. And I'd venture to say they're considerably less save than Audis. I've shopped them a couple of times, but I've never been terribly impressed, and the folks I know who own them have electrical problems all too often.

 

They're built in Indiana.

And to the original poster...I would bet that a Subaru forum would be more informative than ours. Or google.

 

Perhaps I should rephrase: It's a Japanese car. Almost everyone outsources labor these days.
