I just moved to Florida and need to pick up a car for the next year or so.

Like performance Audi's, so have been looking at these $20K-$25K RS4s being advertised in the South East.

mileage is just shy of 90K miles on the 2 cars I'm considering .. from used car dealerships who will obviously have very little history, I suspect.

What should I be weary of? look out for?

you may surprised about the history. The boutique dealership where i have purchased the last two cars have a good relationship with the local BMW and Audi dealer and the boutique dealer is able to get the service reports since he is friends with the big dealerships. May be worth checking into, especially if either cars are a one owner car IMO. GL!
