Finaly got a price on them, $225 each. at least its better then then$300 each. let me know what you want to do.

 

Spend $30 and put on a manual boost controller. Bypass the N75 and see if you can make some boost. I know you replaced the N75, but it could be faulty wiring or something telling the ECU to stay in limp mode. My car would stay in limp mode when I first got it no matter what I did. I fixed all leaks and pulled no codes. I finally changed the ECU and that fixed the problem.

 

car fixed.....I replaced the egt sensors. Im helping to change the timing belt and heads on my brothers s4. since i was in the engine compartment i decided to pull his sensors and give em a shot. Pulled out of the drive way and whoooosh. 11 lbs. Now i can get a chip and really build some boost.
It's a pricey fix but...if anyone is missing half boost, its well worth it.
Good thing i bought this car cheap cheap cheap.

 

nice! good for you. im ordering my EGT sensors today. It still kinda scary that im buying these and the ECU is not telling me that they are the problim.

 

was it the change of the ECU or was it the MBC that fixed your problim?

 

It was the change of the EGT sensors that fixed the problem.
