Default 01 S4 Catalytic Converters

I have looked and read some post regarding this issue. Can anyone give any information on the following:
I have a 2001 Audi S4 and have replaced the oxygen sensors several times since I bought the car. 1 month ago the dealer had me replace another one.
The check engine light just came on and I took it to the dealer. They are saying that both catalytic converters need to be replaced. They want to charge me so much that I am going to have to start walking.
Any ideas what I should be paying, where I can actually buy two s4 catalytic converters. I know the labor is intense.
Also: do you usually have both catalytic converters go at once.
I really could use some help!
Oh ya: I need to pass Emissions by August.
Thanks
Keven

Okay, But where can I find a High Flow Cat for an S4? Probably a stupid question, but the Cats that fit the A4 are not the same right?

Before you go replacing them you should probably figure out what caused them to fail. or you will be running into same problem.
