i have a 2006 S4 with a 4.2 it has about 72k on it i got it used with 67k should I or should I not use Lucas Synthetic Oil Stabilizer with my synthetic oil? in the book Audi does not recommend it on a 2.7 bi turbo not sure about 4.2. any suggestions will be great.

I would say no additives, just pure fully synthetic. I use 5w-40 castrol syntec its great. I run my real hard and it hold up perfectly.
