18 Inch Stock S4 Wheels

I am going to put a set of 18 off a 04 S4 with stock tire size
will this make my speedo be off I have 17s now

What size tires are on the 18's. The wheel diameter has nothing to do with speedo just the tire diameter

Stock is 225-45-17
you should run 225-40-18 in order to get same height than stock.
What size are those 18in wheels ?
