I,m looking at this 1995 S6 2.2 L turbo with 210K. Will I need to replace anything other then get new hood and grile. like any mechanics?

 

You should pose your question on the urS4 list, I used to have a 93 S4 that list handles 92-94 S4 and the 95.5 to 97 S6.

Depends on how the car was maintained. You could drive it for another 100k only doing maintenance (oil change, t-belt, and brake pads) or you could get a money pit. All depends on how it was taken care of. What's wrong with the hood? All I notice is the lower bumper grilles.
