What is the difference...if there is a difference?

 

engine is the same, the body is just bigger on the a6, u have more room, prolly get the same options in the a6 as the s4, if not more...s4 u can get the 2 tone suede interior, not available on the a6...other then that no difference. u can get sport package on the a6's so u got the sport wheels and bigger calipers and sports suspension...

 

also, aren't the A6 2.7TT's automatic ONLY?

2001 a6 is 3 560 lbs 2001 s4 is 3 703...hmm now ur really gonna be scratchin ur head...

i thought the a6 was heavier too...but it seems to be lighter...

 

The A6 quattro 2.7T tip weighs in at 3836 lbs, the A6 quattro 2.7T manual at 3759.
