the symphony eq mod doesnt work well with those of us with aftermarket systems (in addition to the bose)...i think its most useful with a purely stock bose system

the "Symphony hidden eq mod" is a mod that bose users can access in order to set independent bass/mid bass/midrange/treble settings for the front and back speakers
1. Turn off radio
2. Hold down preset 5
3. While holding preset "5," turn on stereo
4. display should read "55555555"
