i contacted AWE, they said that GIAC does not offer that option. company that used to do that board for them - no longer there, so they temporarily discontinued it. noone knows when they will do it again. i think i wil simply take $50 option for second Chip with stock program...

 

Very wise decision - keep it simple and you'll have less potential for trouble later.
