how loud would straight pipes after the cats be it will be cheap but maybe to loud i was also thinking i might be able to get a muffler shop to weld in some regular borla mufflers anyone have suggestions im being cheap on this i know

I agree, theres no such thing as too loud. But 2 borla mufflers would sound good too, no cats

 

there is no reason to straight pipe it. u will get tired of it if its your daily driver

 

its quiter on a b5 cause the turbo's quiet down the exhaust some. put borlas on

 

dont put borlas. if you are going to do anything, do magnaflow....better

 

do it, or at least custom fab a butterfly valve system to turn it on and off

 

cut outs might be fun but i think they would still run me like 5-6 hundred installed im going to the shop tomorrow and see what we can do

 

I've had straight pipes after CATs for years and love it. Cost me about $150. Keeps weight down too. Have video/audio

 

ya if you have video and sound i would love to hear and also what do you do about inspection
