2004 S4 vs 2007 S4?

I drove a 2007 & fell in love w.it.
Are there any differences, outside cosmetic, between the 2004/05 & the 2007 S4s?

How is the cost to maintain compared to something like a 335i?

well the 2004/5 and 7 all have the same 4.2 V8, its just pretty much cosmetic differences, however the 2005.5 is the same style as the 07, and i have no idea on the maintenance to be honest with you.
