Default 97,000miles....wat does the b5 have left?

Hey all, im getting real close to 100,000miles now. So far ive had no issues with my b5 s4 thus far. Ive owned the car since 80,000 and so far have put in the ECS timing belt kit, APR ecu stage 1 w/91 +93 settings, 2 BOV's from ECS and a samco TBB. The car has treated me well, I treat it well, routine oil, flushed the tranny and put in redline tranny fluid when i bought it. Anyways lets get to the details, I wanna go stage 3, I have been saving i want to replace the intercoolers, injectors, MAF, turbos, pipes, I want to do piggie downpipes and an exhaust. How many miles do you think b5 2.7L are good for? Is it worth spending the money or should I look at a 2004 CTS-V.....thats right i said it. Anyways thoughts?

I have 69k on mine and I just had the motore apart do to timing belt breakage from front end collision. Had to replace some valves. There are still honing marks in the cylinders and no ridges and the cams and tappets look brand new. I wouldn't be scared to push this thing hard.

What are you asking here? Is it worth it to keep your car? Only you can answer that one. There are quite a few S4's out there running way over 100,000mi. There are also quite a few out there with stock turbo's well over 100,000mi.

So far, the engine seams bullet proof, it's just all the sensors, & turbo's that suck.

serious questions only please
put mileage to one side and consider the value of that car in 3 years with no mileage at all ( it wont be worth what you paid for it ) but in 50 years that's another story,
100k mls is nothing to this car its just been run in so there is no real answer to your question

I think it all depends on what you want for a car.

N/A vs Turbo
American vs German
etc

In repost to......."97,000miles....wat does the b5 have left?"

I think it is proven to be a great series car and you should be asking us....
what DOESNT the b5 have left? cause i think with proper treatment the b5s4 will last as long as anyother car and if this is a long long term investment then i bet the Caddi is gonna rust out way before any audi even thinks of rusting.
