Default Alarm Problem PLEASE Help 2001 S4

Ok, I have searched all in the archives to try and find 2001 Audi S4 Alarm issues with no luck. My alarm is randomly going off in my S4 and I cannot figure out if it is possible to disable it first of all until I get my VAG-COM. I have tried to disable the interior motion sensors and that still does not help. Will a VAG-COM solve this? Where is the best place to buy VAG-COM (I am assuming the Ross-Tech Web Site)? This alarm issue is extremely frustrating because it is very intermittent and I cannot have this thing waking my neighbors up any longer! Has anyone else experienced this??? Any help would be much appreciated, and if anyone has any ideas where to start to look to fix this please let me know. Thanks, metal1399@gmail.com

My 02 has done that twice now! Just yesterday was the second time. First was last month. Figured neighborhood kids were messing around, my sunroof was tilted, thought maybe that had something to do with it too, not sure though. Also thought maybe a frequency triggered it from some other device in the area(if even possible).

metal, my alarm just did it again! The only common variable for all 3 times is the sun being out, which is also the only time my gauge cluster fades, and at least 2 of the 3 times the sunroof has been tilted, or windows cracked a ltittle. So let me know what you find out
