if its an aftermarket alarm system and has the immoblizer feature then yes it will prevent the car from starting. But if its the stock I have no idea if there was such a feature integrated in it. I know your posting a lot about the car not starting. Have you started with the basics? You say its getting fuel but is it getting a spark? If its stick then maybe the clutch sensor is deffective and not allowing it start? Did the timing belt slip and mess the timing up? Theres a lot of things to do before you start going into the alarm system as the problem. give us more details and it will be easier to help.

Default check

timing belt, cam sensor, new. ignition switch new. put in new engine speed sensor, and come to find out that both the crank sensor, and engine speed sensor have to be changed at the same time, with the right sensors to begin with. found this out yesterday, gonna go to dealership, and find out EXACTLY which sensors are correct for this car. after having tried numerous parts places, not alot of ppl know about this engine these days. the car ran up until the new engine speed sensor was put in. gonna try and put in an old sensor to see if it matches up. nothing to lose, dealer aint open anyway. I'm just about 100% on the sensor issues. each sensor sends signals to different parts of ecm to do different functions, didn't have fuel, now have fuel cause i took off the spacers on sensor, but no spark, which to me now indicates that the sensors dont match eachother perfect. Porche 944 same setup with changeing them both, atleast thats what i was told by mechanic, now trying to figure out if the new brain i got has been tuned by MTM, has sticker on it. trial and error.
